To provide a pipe structure body capable of restraining deformation of pipe joint in the case of fire breaking, and reliably blocking a block penetration part by expansion of a pipe material, although heat expansion starting temperature of the pipe material is high and the pipe material is easy to be manufactured.SOLUTION: A pipe material has a multi-layer structure with at least a surface layer, an intermediate layer and an inner layer. The surface layer and the inner layer contain polyvinyl chloride base resin and a coloring agent other than a black coloring agent. The intermediate layer contains polyvinyl chloride base resin and heat expansion graphite. The heat-expansion graphite has the heat expansion starting temperature of 240°C or more, and the content of the heat expansion graphite in the intermediate layer is 10.0 mass portion or more and 28.0 mass portion or less to 100 mass portion of polyvinyl chloride base resin in the intermediate layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】配管材の熱膨張開始温度が高く、配管材を作製しやすいにもかかわらず、火災発生の際には管継手の変形を抑制でき、配管材膨張によって区画貫通部を確実に閉塞できる配管構造体を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも表層と中間層と内層とを有する複層構造とされた配管材であって、前記表層及び前記内層は、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂と黒色以外の着色剤とを含有し、前記中間層は、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂と熱膨張性黒鉛とを含有し、前記熱膨張性黒鉛は、熱膨張開始温度が240℃以上であり、前記中間層における前記熱膨張性黒鉛の含有量が、前記中間層のポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂100質量部に対して10.0質量部以上28.0質量部以下である。【選択図】図1
