PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation structure of a building capable of suppressing deterioration of thermal insulation performance with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A building is a unit type building which includes a plurality of building units 20. A joist 33 is provided on an upper flange 23b of a floor girder 23 of the building unit 20 along the floor girder 23. A floor surface material 28 is provided on the joist 33. A girder upper thermal insulation material 48 is provided along the floor girder 23 on an underfloor space 36 side between the upper flange 23b of the floor girder 23 and the floor surface material 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡素な構成で断熱性能の低下を抑制することができる建物の断熱構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物は、複数の建物ユニット２０からなるユニット式建物となっている。建物ユニット２０の床大梁２３には、その上フランジ２３ｂの上に根太３３が床大梁２３に沿って設けられている。根太３３の上には床面材２８が設けられている。床大梁２３の上フランジ２３ｂと床面材２８との間において床下空間３６側には梁上断熱材４８が床大梁２３に沿って設けられている。【選択図】 図２
