HAND GUIDE ROLLER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand guide roller capable of easily executing maintenance of various apparatuses of including a water sprinkling pipe mounted in a truck frame, after securing strength of a side frame.SOLUTION: A truck frame 2 is constituted by connecting a pair of left-right side frames 5l and 5r by cross members 6-8, and a pair of front-rear rolling wheels 9 are supported. A water sprinkling pipe 34 is arranged above the respective rolling wheels 9 in the truck frame 2, and can be respectively attached/detached to/from the left side. The upper edge 45 of a left side side frame 5l is lowered over an area up to the rear side water sprinkling pipe 34 from the front side water sprinkling pipe 34, so that an opening part 46 is formed between the upper edge 45 and an undersurface of an engine frame 4. Thus, when cleaning the water sprinkling pipe 34, the water sprinkling pipe 34 can be extracted to the left side via the opening part 46, and the inside of the truck frame 2 can be visually observed via the opening part 46 for maintenance of the other apparatuses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】サイドフレームの強度を確保した上で、トラックフレーム内に搭載した散水パイプを含む各種機器類の保守を容易に実施できるハンドガイドローラを提供する。【解決手段】左右一対のサイドフレーム５l，５rをクロスメンバ６〜８により連結してトラックフレーム２を構成し、前後一対の転圧輪９を支持させる。トラックフレーム２内で各転圧輪９の上方に散水パイプ３４を配設し、それぞれ左側方に脱着可能とする。左側のサイドフレーム５lの上縁４５を前側の散水パイプ３４から後側の散水パイプ３４までの領域に亘って低めることにより、上縁４５とエンジンフレーム４の下面との間に開口部４６を形成する。これにより散水パイプ３４の清掃時には、開口部４６を経て散水パイプ３４を左側方に引き抜き可能となり、他の機器類の保守のために開口部４６を介してトラックフレーム２内を目視可能となる。【選択図】図２
