PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control sheet that suppresses the leak of light from a side surface of a sheet and can secure the safety, and provide a curtain using the light control sheet.SOLUTION: A light control sheet 10 includes: a light deflection member 20 that includes an incidence surface 20a and outgoing surface 20b facing each other and side surfaces 20c connected to the incidence surface 20a and outgoing surface 20b, and deflects the light coming from the incidence surface 20a and radiates it from the outgoing surface 20b; and a color member 30 that is stacked on at least one of the incidence surface 20a and outgoing surface 20b, covers the side surfaces 20c, and expresses a color from the surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
