The present invention addresses the problem of providing a light control sheet that exhibits suitable daylighting performance, ensures excellent design properties, and has excellent handling properties. A light control sheet according to this embodiment is provided with: a deflection layer (7) that has a light entrance surface (7a) and a light emission surface (7b) that face each other, and deflects light having entered from the light entrance surface (7a) and emits said light from the light emission surface (7b); and a cloth (3) that is laminated upon the deflection layer (7).
L'invention vise à pourvoir à une feuille de régulation de la lumière, qui présente des performances d'éclairage naturel appropriées, et qui offre d'excellentes propriétés de conception et de manipulation. Une feuille de régulation de la lumière selon ce mode de réalisation est pourvue : d'une couche de déviation (7) qui possède une surface d'entrée de lumière (7a) et une surface d'émission de lumière (7b) en regard l'une de l'autre, et qui dévie la lumière entrée par la surface d'entrée de lumière (7a) et émet ladite lumière à partir de la surface d'émission de lumière (7b) ; ainsi que d'un tissu (3) qui est stratifié sur cette couche de déviation (7).
