PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic plate reduced in deformation caused by firing, a planar substrate and an electronic component.SOLUTION: Provided is a piezoelectric ceramic plate 1 suitably used for a piezoelectric ceramic plate 1 in which the area of the main faces 1c is 360 mmor more and having a thickness of 150 μm or less, including a pair of square-shaped main faces, a pair of confronted first side faces and a pair of confronted second side faces 1e, a pair of the first side faces 1d being hardened faces, further, provided that the length between a pair of the first side faces in the center of the length direction in the first side faces 1d is defined as Lc and the length between a pair of the first side faces 1d in the edges of the length direction of the first side faces 1d is defied as Le, the ratio between a difference ΔL between the Le and Lc and the Lc (ΔL/Lc) being 1.0 or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
