HANDRAIL ANGLE ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail angle adjustment mechanism, which enables a handrail member to be definitely fixed to a brace even if the handrail has a structure in which the handrail member is supported by one brace.SOLUTION: An insertion hole 41 is formed at a central part on an apex of a brace 2 of a handrail angle adjustment mechanism. The handrail angle adjustment mechanism comprises: an angle adjustment board 4, which has handrail support bodies 5a, 5b that support a handrail member 6, and multiple V grooves 42a, 42b with substantially V-shaped cross section that are adjacently arranged on an outer peripheral surface; and a storage part 31, which is formed on the apex of the brace 2 and stores the angle adjustment board 4 on its upper side. A bolt hole 32 is formed at a position corresponding to the insertion hole 41. An angle adjustment part base 3 with angle adjustment screw holes 33a, 33b is disposed at a position corresponding to the V grooves 42a, 42b. The handrail member 6 can be fixed at a desired angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 1本の支柱に手摺り部材が支持される構造の手摺りであっても手摺り部材が支柱に確実に固定できるようにした手摺りの角度調整機構を提供する。【解決手段】 1本の支柱2の頂部に設けられた中心部に貫通孔41が設けられ、外周面には手摺り部材6を支持する手摺り支持体5a,5bが取り付けられると共に断面略V字形状のV溝42a,42bが複数隣接して配置された角度調整盤4と、支柱2の頂部に設けられ、上部側に角度調整盤4が収容配置される収容部31を備え、前記貫通孔41に対応する位置にはボルト孔32が設けられ、V溝42a,42bに対応する位置には角度調整用ネジ孔33a,33bが設けられた角度調整部ベース3とを備えて構成され、手摺り部材6を所望の角度に位置させた状態で固定することができる。【選択図】 図1
