The present invention relates to a handrail having a function to control the position and angle of a handrail frame. More specifically, the handrail, which is installed on the edge of stairs, a bridge, veranda or the like to guide a passenger while preventing the passenger from falling, comprises: a pair of pillar members installed on the ground or stairs; and a handrail frame connecting the pillar members. The handrail frame comprises: a horizontal guide bar; a horizontal support part placed in the lower part of the horizontal guide bar; and connection bars connecting the horizontal guide bar with the horizontal support bar. Finishing caps are combined with both ends of the horizontal support bar and the horizontal guide bar, an elevation pipe is connected with the finishing caps, the elevation pipe is inserted into the pillar members, and a pressing bolt is combined with elevation pipe to press the pillar members. Therefore, the handrail frame is hinged with the pillar members of the handrail installed on the ground or stairs to enable the handrail to be installed horizontally or diagonally, a transfer guide device is placed to enable a passenger to be guided while being supported, and belongings such as a bag can be conveniently carried.
본 발명은 난간프레임 위치 및 각도조절기능을 갖는 난간에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 계단이나 다리 및 베란다 등의 가장자리에 설치되어 낙상을 막고 보행자를 안내하도록 된 난간으로서, 지면 또는 계단에 설치되는 한쌍의 기둥부재와, 상기 기둥부재들을 연결하는 난간프레임으로 이루어지며, 상기 난간프레임은 안내수평바와, 상기 안내수평바의 하부에 배치되는 지지수평바와 상기 안내수평바와 상기 지지수평바를 연결하는 연결바들로 이루어지며, 상기 안내수평바와 상기 지지수평바에는 양단부에 마감캡이 체결되며, 상기 마감캡에는 승강관에 연결되고 상기 승강관은 상기 기둥부재에 끼움되며, 상기 승강관에는 상기 기둥부재를 가압하도록 가압볼트가 체결되어, 지면이나 계단에 설치되는 난간의 기둥부재에 난간프레임을 힌지결합시켜, 수평 또는 경사지게 난간을 설치할 수 있게 되고, 이송안내장치를 마련하여 보행자가 지지하면서 안내받을 수 있게 되고, 가방과 같은 소지품의 이송도 가능한 편의를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
