PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present appropriate time for reconstructing an object building in a predetermined panning period in an easy-to-understand manner.SOLUTION: In a support system, a predetermined planning period which is preliminarily set as a period to plan reconstruction of an object building is divided into a plurality of unit time spans and a reconstruction scenario is defined in a manner that assumes reconstruction of the object building is executed in any of the unit time spans in the predetermined planning period. The support system comprises: a cost calculation section which calculates cumulative totals of estimated costs, to be spent for maintaining and reconstructing the object building in respective unit time spans in the predetermined planning period under the reconstruction scenario, in relation to the unit time span in which the reconstruction of the object building is assumed to be executed in the reconstruction scenario; and a drawing section which generates a graphic chart showing the calculated cumulative totals of the costs in relation to the unit time span in which the reconstruction of the object building is assumed to be executed in a manner that enables the cumulative totals of the costs in respective unit time spans to be compared.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】検討対象となる建物について、所定の検討期間内において建替えを実施するのに適した時期を分かり易く提示する。【解決手段】本発明の支援システムは、検討対象の建物について検討する期間として予め定めた所定の検討期間が複数の単位期間に分割され、前記検討期間内の何れかの前記単位期間に検討対象の建物の建替えを実施すると仮定する建替シナリオが定義されており、前記建替シナリオのもとで前記検討対象の建物の維持および建替えに掛る費用を含む費用の前記検討期間内に見込まれる累計額を、前記建替シナリオにおいて前記建物の建替えを実施すると仮定した単位期間に対応させて算出する費用算定部と、前記算出された費用の累計額を、前記建物の建替えを実施すると仮定した単位期間に対応させて、前記単位期間毎に比較可能に表示する図表を生成する作図部と、を備える。【選択図】図2
