To provide a formation support system, a formation support method and a formation support program for forming a structure with secured strength.SOLUTION: A creation support server comprises a control part, and forms an outer shape body part composed by piling up layers formed by mortar discharged from a nozzle while moving the nozzle so as to be laminated. The outer shape body part comprises a long side part and a short side part with design widths composed by an outer part and an inner part extending in the same direction. The control part calculates a design passage width w11 of passage parts L1a, L1b, L2a, L2b composing the long side part and the short side part, and calculates a formation discharge width w12 obtained by adding an allowance width α1 to the design passage width w11. The control part sets new passages C11, C21 in which positions of passages C1P, C2P moving the nozzle are deviated so that adjacent end parts of the passage parts L1a, L1b, L2a, L2b are overlapped, and outer shape dimensions of the long side part and the short side part reach the design width.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】強度を確保した構造物を形成するための形成支援システム、形成支援方法及び形成支援プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】作成支援サーバは、制御部を備え、ノズルを移動させながらノズルから吐出されるモルタルで形成される層を積み上げることにより積層させて構成する外形本体部を形成する。この外形本体部は、同じ方向に延在する外側部と内側部とで構成される設計幅の長辺部及び短辺部を備える。制御部は、長辺部及び短辺部を構成する経路部L1a,L1b,L2a,L2bの設計経路幅w11を算出し、この設計経路幅w11に余裕幅α1を加えた形成吐出幅w12を算出する。制御部は、経路部L1a,L1b,L2a,L2bの隣接する端部が重なるとともに、かつ長辺部及び短辺部の外形寸法が設計幅となるように、ノズルを移動させる経路C1P,C2Pの位置をずらした新たな経路C11,C21を設定する。【選択図】図4
