ANCHOR, ANCHOR CONSTRUCTION TOOL AND ANCHOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor that is improved in work efficiency when constructed, and thereby suppress the increase of construction cost.SOLUTION: An anchor 1 includes a first screw part 3 formed in one end side of a shaft part 2, a second screw part 4 formed in the other end side of the shaft part 2, an engagement part 6 formed in the end of the second screw part 4 and protruded or recessed more narrowly than the diameter of the second screw part 4, and a nut 7 pre-installed to the second screw part 4. The anchor 1 is characterized in that the shaft part 2 and the nut 7 are integrally rotated and the first screw part 3 is screwed into a hole according to that an anchor construction tool 10 is rotated while the anchor construction tool 10 is engaged with both of the engagement part 6 and the nut 7, the engagement part 6 is disengaged from an engagement state with the anchor construction tool 10 when the first screw part 3 is screwed to the hole by a predetermined depth, and the nut 7 is rotated while the shaft part 2 is not rotated, and thereby is constructed in a state where the end surface of the nut 7 is joined and secured in a slab surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】アンカーを施工する際の作業効率を改善し、施工コストの上昇を抑える。【解決手段】アンカー1は、軸部2の一端側に形成される第1螺子部3と、軸部2の他端側に形成される第2螺子部4と、第2螺子部4の端部に形成され、第2螺子部4の直径よりも細幅に凸設又は凹設される係合部6と、第2螺子部4に予め装着されるナット7とを有する。アンカー1は、係合部6とナット7との双方にアンカー施工具10が係合した状態でアンカー施工具10が回転されることに伴い、軸部2とナット7とが一体的に回転して第1螺子部3を孔にねじ込んでいき、第1螺子部3が孔に対して所定深さねじ込まれたときに係合部6がアンカー施工具10との係合状態を離脱し、軸部2が回転しない状態でナット7が回転することにより、ナット7の端面がスラブ表面に接合して締着した状態に施工される。【選択図】図3
