STRUCTURE REPAIR METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure repair method capable of ensuring strength at a joint part.SOLUTION: A structure repair method repairs a part to be repaired by spraying a repair mortar until a designed thickness is obtained on an outer peripheral surface of the part to be repaired of a structure. The structure repair method comprises following processes: an arrangement process to arrange a molding plate on the outer peripheral surface so that a molding surface as one side face of the outer peripheral surface rises up to a height corresponding to the designed thickness; a first spray process to spray the repair mortar on the molding surface of the molding plate and a part of the outer peripheral surface that is one side face on the molding surface side of the molding plate; a removing process to remove the molding plate after the first spray process; and a second spray process after the removing process to spray the repair mortar on a joint face formed by the molding surface of the molding plate at the first spray process and a part of the outer peripheral surface that is the other side face other than one side face on which the repair mortar was sprayed in the first spray process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 継目部分の強度を確保し得る構造物修復工法の提供。【解決手段】 構造物における修復対象部の外周面に、修復用モルタルを設計厚みとなるよう吹付けることで、修復対象部を修復する構造物修復工法であって、外周面に対して成形板を、その一側面である成形面が設計厚みに相当する分だけ立ち上がるよう配置する配置工程と、成形板の成形面、および外周面のうちの一部であって成形板の成形面側である一方側面に修復用モルタルを吹付ける第一吹付工程と、第一吹付工程の後に成形板を取外す取外工程と、取外工程の後に、第一吹付工程において成形板の成形面によって形成された継目面、および外周面のうちの一部であって第一吹付工程で修復用モルタルが吹付けられた一方側面以外の面である他方側面に修復用モルタルを吹付ける第二吹付工程とを備えた構造物修復工法。【選択図】 図2
