PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-family house capable of equalizing troublesomeness in respective households when going to take a home delivery cargo up to a home delivery storage cabinet, while effectively utilizing a space and reducing installation cost of the home delivery storage cabinet.SOLUTION: A two-family house 10 comprises a first building part 15 for making a child family dwell and a second building part 16 for making a parent family dwell. Among these, the first building part 15 is formed as a three-storied building having a third floor part 13 from a first floor part 11, and the second building part 16 is formed as a two-storied building. A main entrance port 21 is provided in the first floor part 11 of the respective building parts 15 and 16, and a dining room and a living room are respectively provided in its second floor part 12 in the first building 15 and in a first floor part 11 in the second building part 16. In the first building part 15, a home delivery storage cabinet B is installed in a first overhang wall part 32 of its first floor part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スペースの有効利用や宅配収納庫の設置コストを抑制しつつ、宅配収納庫まで宅配物を取りに行く際の煩わしさを各世帯で均等化することができる二世帯住宅を提供する。【解決手段】二世帯住宅１０は、子世帯が居住する第１建物部１５と、親世帯が居住する第２建物部１６とを備えている。そのうち第１建物部１５は一階部分１１から三階部分１３を有する三階建てとされ、第２建物部１６は二階建てとされている。各建物部１５，１６の一階部分１１には玄関口２１が設けられ、第１建物部１５ではその二階部分１２に、第２建物部１６では一階部分１１にそれぞれダイニング及びリビングが設けられている。第１建物部１５であって、その一階部分１１の第１張出し壁部３２には、宅配収納庫Ｂが設置されている。【選択図】図１
