To provide a two-family house that is configured such that while ensuring the privacy of each household, communication is facilitated between households unconsciously, and the use of space facilitates communication between children, children's parents, and children's grandparents; and that allows a rich variation of living styles depending on the season and scene.SOLUTION: A house includes: an upper floor which is provided with an upper floor LDK with an outdoor living room, an upper floor dining room, and an upper floor kitchen; and a lower floor 1F which is provided with a lower floor LDK 11 with an inner living room 111, a lower floor dining room 112, and a lower floor kitchen 113. The upper floor LDK is connected to the lower floor LDK 11 via a stairwell 12a, and a staircase 12s2 is provided in the inner living room 111 that leads to the upper floor LDK.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】各世帯のプライバシーを確保しつつ、無意識的に各世帯のコミュニケーションを図りやすくし、また、空間の使用方法によって、子供と、子供の親及び子供の祖父母と、のコミュニケーションを図りやすくし且つ季節やシーンによってバリエーション豊かな暮らしができる二世帯住宅を提供する。【解決手段】上階に、アウトドアリビング、上階ダイニング及び上階キッチンを有する上階ＬＤＫと、下階１Ｆに、インナーリビング１１１、下階ダイニング１１２及び下階キッチン１１３を有する下階ＬＤＫ１１と、を設ける住宅であって、上階ＬＤＫと、下階ＬＤＫ１１と、が吹き抜け１２ａによって繋がっており、インナーリビング１１１に、上階ＬＤＫに繋がる階段１２ｓ２を設けることを特徴とする住宅。【選択図】図１
