INTERCONNECTION OF SOLID OXIDE TYPE FUEL CELL CONTAINING CERAMIC INTERCONNECTION MATERIAL AND PARTIALLY STABILIZED ZIRCONIA
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection between cells having excellent resistance to a mechanical stress caused by a temperature change in a solid oxide type fuel cell that is configured by laminating a plurality of cells.SOLUTION: An interconnection is disposed between a first electrode of one cell configuring the solid oxide type fuel cell laminate and a second electrode of the other cell that is laminated on the one cell. The interconnection includes: a first phase containing a ceramic interconnection material; and a second phase containing partially stabilized zirconia. The partially stabilized zirconia may also range between about 0.1 vol% and about 70 vol% of entire volume of the interconnection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数のセルを積層した固体酸化物型燃料電池において、温度変化による機械的応力に対する優れた耐性を有するセル間の接続接続の提供。【解決手段】相互接続は、固体酸化物型燃料電池積層体を構成する一つのセルの第1の電極と該セルに積層される他のセルの第2の電極との間に配置される。前記相互接続は、セラミック相互接続材料を含む第1の相と、部分的に安定化したジルコニアを含む第2の相とを備える。前記部分的に安定化したジルコニアは、前記相互接続の全体積の約0.1体積%と約70体積%との間の範囲にあってもよい。【選択図】図1
