STRUCTURE OF OPENING-CLOSING BODY WINDING PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an opening-closing body winding part capable of easily installing a winding shaft, and capable of also restraining generation of an abnormal sound by preventing looseness.SOLUTION: A structure of an opening-closing body winding part is provided with a boss 35 for integrally rotating by being fixed to the outer periphery of a rotary shaft 47, a cylindrical winding shaft for fixing a flange 37 having a boss insertion hole 67 for inserting the boss 35 to one end, an engaging piece 39 formed on the inner periphery of the boss insertion hole 67 by projecting to the inside in the radial direction, an engaging piece insertion groove 41 formed along the axial direction on the outer periphery of the boss 35 and receiving the engaging piece 39, a peripheral groove 43 for regulating rotation of the winding shaft to the boss 35 by approaching the engaging piece 39 by being connected in the circumferential direction on the innermost side in the engaging piece insertion direction of the engaging piece insertion groove 41 and a groove bottom large diameter part 45 formed at the groove bottom of the peripheral groove 43 and regulating the movement in the radial direction of the flange 37 by contacting with the projection tip of the engaging piece 39.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】巻取シャフトを容易に組み付けでき、しかも、がたつきを防止し、異音の発生を抑制できる開閉体巻取部の構造を提供する。【解決手段】開閉体巻取部の構造において、回転軸47の外周に固定されて一体回転するボス35と、ボス35の挿入されるボス挿入穴67を有したフランジ37が一端に固定される筒状の巻取シャフトと、ボス挿入穴67の内周に半径方向内側に突出して形成される係合片39と、ボス35の外周に軸線方向に沿って形成され、係合片39を受け入れる係合片挿入溝41と、係合片挿入溝41の係合片挿入方向奥側において、周方向で接続され係合片39が進入することでボス35に対する巻取シャフトの回転を規制する周溝43と、周溝43の溝底に形成され、係合片39の突出先端に接してフランジ37の半径方向の移動を規制する溝底大径部45と、を設けた。【選択図】 図12
