CONNECTION METAL FITTING FOR ROD-LIKE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly workable connection metal fitting that enables concrete to be filled into the connection metal fitting also when the concrete is cast in a mold, and an angle to be fixed when fitting to a rod-like member such as a reinforcing bar and a separator.SOLUTION: A connection metal fitting 1 has a pair of holding pieces 10, 11 connected at open edge sides rotatably with a pin member 12, the pair of holding pieces having a form with an edge side being bent and the other edge side being open, made by bending flat plate-like steel plates 10a, 11a. The open edge side of the holding piece 10 and the open edge side of the holding piece 11 are placed to have an inner surface and an outer surface overlapped, and the pin member 12 elastically presses the open edge side of the holding piece 10 and the open edge side of the holding piece 11 inward. As a result, frictional force F is generated between the inner surface and the outer surface of the open edge side of the holding piece 10 and the open edge side of the holding piece 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】型枠にコンクリートを打設した際に連結金具の内部までコンクリートを充填することができ、鉄筋やセパレータなどの棒状部材に取り付ける際にも、角度を固定した状態で外れにくく施工性に優れた連結金具を提供する。【解決手段】平板状の鋼板10a、11aを折り曲げることにより、一端側を折り曲げ端部、他端側を開放端部とした形状を有する一対の挟持片10、11の開放端部同士をピン部材12で回動自在に連結した連結金具1であって、一方の挟持片10の開放端部と他方の挟持片11の開放端部が内面と外面を重ね合わせて配置され、かつ、ピン部材12によって一方の挟持片10の開放端部と他方の挟持片11の開放端部が内側に向けて弾性的に押圧されることにより、一方の挟持片10の開放端部と他方の挟持片11の開放端部の内面と外面の間に摩擦力Fが発生している。【選択図】図1
