WATER DISCHARGE SWITCHING MECHANISM OF FAUCET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge switching mechanism of faucet whose structure is simple and which can slim down a water discharge port of a faucet.SOLUTION: A water discharge switching mechanism includes: an annular opening 441 provided at a tip of a water discharge port 25 of a faucet; shower holes 46 located inside of the annular opening 441; a cylindrical member 51 provided in a flow passage of the water discharge port 25; and a switching valve body 71 corresponding to the cylindrical member 51 in an openable/closable manner at the tip. At the switching valve body 71, a water passing hole 73 is formed between a base end part and a tip part. In an open state of the switching valve body 71, water from the water passing hole 73 is discharged from the annular opening 441 and the shower holes 46, and in a closed state of the switching valve body 71, the water from the water passing hole 73 is discharged from the shower holes 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
