PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange joining part reinforcement jig for dispensing with a fastening member, without requiring management of fastening force or the like, capable of improving proper fatigue strength, and installable without requiring many manhours.SOLUTION: A flange joining part reinforcement jig 1 on the present invention comprises: a plate-like upper piece part 7 having a bolt insertion hole 15 for inserting a bolt 13 on the base end side and extending the tip side more than an end part of an upper horizontal flange part 5 when arranged on a flange surface of the upper horizontal flange part 5; a plate-like lower piece part 9 having the bolt insertion hole 15 for inserting the bolt 13 on the base end side and extending the tip side more than an end part of a lower horizontal flange part 3 when arranged on a flange surface of the lower horizontal flange part 3; and a vertical piece part 11 having one end side continuing with the tip side of the upper piece part 7, having the other end side continuing with the tip side of the lower piece part 9 and resisting separation of the base end side of the lower piece part 9 and the base end side of the upper piece part 7 when base parts of the upper horizontal flange part 5 and the lower horizontal flange part 3 separate in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】締付部材が不要で締め付け力等の管理の必要がなく、適切な疲労強度の向上ができ、また多くの工数を必要とせずに取り付けができるフランジ接合部補強治具を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るフランジ接合部補強治具１は、基端側にボルト１３が挿通されるボルト挿通孔１５を有すると共に上水平フランジ部５のフランジ面に配置されたときに先端側が上水平フランジ部５の端部よりも延出する平板状の上片部７と、基端側にボルト１３が挿通されるボルト挿通孔１５を有すると共に下水平フランジ部３のフランジ面に配置されたときに先端側が下水平フランジ部３の端部よりも延出する平板状の下片部９と、一端側が上片部７の先端側に連続し、他端側が下片部９の先端側に連続しており、上水平フランジ部５と下水平フランジ部３の基部が上下方向に離れたときに下片部９の基端側と上片部７の基端側が離れようとするのに抵抗する縦片部１１とを備えてなる。【選択図】 図１
