PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement joining structure capable of keeping dimensions of a joint part (a space for being provided with a joint) small and capable of securing structural performance, and a reinforcement joining method.SOLUTION: A reinforcement joining structure 1 for joining a round bar 3 and a deformed bar 4 together includes a pipe body 5 that is joined to the deformed bar 4 and into which the round bar 3 is to be inserted, and an adhesive 6 that is infilled between the round bar 3 and the pipe body 5. Irregularities are formed on a surface of the round bar 3, and irregularities are formed on an inner surface of the pipe body 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
