CUTTING DEPTH GAUGE OF CONCRETE CUTTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting depth gauge for a concrete cutter for confirming a cutting depth timely during work, without interrupting the cutting work and without having a worker change a posture.SOLUTION: A cutting depth gauge of a concrete cutter comprises rotation measurement means 31 for measuring a rotation amount of a rotation axis 18a of an operation handle 18, a calculation section for calculating the cutting depth from the measurement value by the rotation measurement means 31, and a display section 36 digitally displaying the cutting depth value calculated by the calculation section. The rotation measurement means 31 comprises rotors 34, 35 (magnets) and sensors 32, 33 that detect magnetism. The rotors 34, 35 are fixed on the rotation axis 18a of the operation handle 18, while the sensors 32, 33 are disposed outside of a go-around orbit of the rotors 34, 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】切削作業を中断させることなく、また、作業者が姿勢を変更することなく、作業中における切削深さをタイムリーに確認することができるコンクリートカッター用切削深さゲージを提供する。【解決手段】操作ハンドル１８の回転軸１８ａの回転量を計測する回転計測手段３１と、回転計測手段３１による計測値から切削深さを演算する演算部と、演算部によって演算された切削深さの値をデジタル表示する表示部３６とによって構成されることを特徴とする。尚、回転計測手段３１は、回転子３４，３５（磁石）と、磁気を検知するセンサー３２，３３とによって構成され、回転子３４，３５は、操作ハンドル１８の回転軸１８ａに固定され、センサー３２，３３は、回転子３４，３５の周回軌道の外側に配置される。【選択図】図３
