WATER INTRUSION PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF FAUCET HANDLE AND FAUCET LEVER HANDLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water intrusion prevention structure of faucet lever handle capable of, even when water drop and/or detergent enters into a cap, guiding the water drop and/or detergent out of handle body to prevent intrusion into the valve device and exactly preventing degradation and breakage of valve device while ensuring comfortable valve operation of valve device.SOLUTION: A handle body 4 has a mounting portion 2 including a bottom wall 2B formed in a recessed shape. The bottom wall 2B includes: an engagement hole 7 for engaging an engagement piece 6 formed protruding from a cap 5 to seal the mounting section 2 and position the cap 5; and a partition wall 12 formed for preventing intrusion of liquid around the engagement hole 7 and the screw hole 8 respectively, in which a screw hole 8 is formed for attaching a screw for connecting the handle body 4 with an operation shaft of a valve device. With this, intrusion of water drop and/or detergent is prevented into the valve device from the mounting section 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水滴や洗剤がキャップ内に浸入してもこれを上手くハンドル本体の外に誘引して弁装置側への浸入を阻止し、常に軽快な弁操作が可能で、しかも、弁装置の劣化や破壊を的確に防止することができる水栓用レバーハンドルの水浸入防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】ハンドル本体4に凹設した装着部2の底壁2Bには、この装着部2を閉塞するためのキャップ5に突設された係止片6を係止して当該キャップ5の位置決めを行う係止孔7と、前記ハンドル本体4と弁装置の操作軸を連結するネジを装着するネジ孔8が設けられていると共に、前記係止孔7とネジ孔8夫々の周囲に液体侵入阻止用の隔壁12を設け、以って装着部2に浸入する水滴や洗剤が弁装置側へ浸入するのを防止するようにしたものである。【選択図】図1
