PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation work, by improving strength, by reducing irregularity around a connection structure of first and second handrail bodies connected so that an angle can be adjusted.SOLUTION: A connection bracket of a first handrail body comprises a pedestal part having a flat front face substantially parallel to an installation surface and a support part for supporting an end part of a first handrail bar, and an opposed curved surface is provided on a lateral peripheral wall of the pedestal part. An end part of the support part is provided with a cover part of overhanging up to the front side by standing from an end part of the flat front face of the pedestal part. A joint of a second handrail body comprises a base part fixed to the other end of the second handrail bar and a connection part projected with a recessed step difference from the tip of the base paret, and the tip of the base part is provided with a cliff surface substantially parallel to the opposed curved surface of the pedestal part, and a rear face of the connection part is provided with a flat rear face substantially parallel to the flat front face of the pedestal part. A connection screw for inserting the connection part for abutting on the pedestal part, threadedly engages with the pedestal part, and the first handrail body and the second handrail body are connected. The cover part covers a part of a lateral peripheral surface of the connection part, and the cliff surface of the base part covers a part of the opposed curved surface of the lateral peripheral wall of the pedestal part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】角度調整可能に連結される第１，第２手摺体の連結構造周りの凹凸を少なくし、強度の向上を図り、取付作業を容易とする。【解決手段】第１手摺体の連結ブラケットは、取付面と略平行な平坦前面を有する台座部と、第１手摺棒の端部を支持する支持部とを有し、台座部の横周壁には対向曲面が設けられる。支持部の端部には、台座部の平坦前面の端部から起立されて前方側まで張り出した覆い部が設けられる。第２手摺体の継手は、第２手摺棒の他端に固定される基部と、基部の先端から凹段差をもって突設される連結部とを有し、基部の先端には、台座部の対向曲面と略平行な絶壁面が設けられ、連結部の後面には、台座部の平坦前面と略平行な平坦後面が設けられる。台座部に当接した連結部を挿通する連結ねじが台座部に螺合して、第１手摺体と第２手摺体とが連結する。覆い部が連結部の横周面の一部を覆い、基部の絶壁面が台座部の横周壁の対向曲面の一部を覆う。【選択図】図３
