STEEL PIPE CONCRETE COMPOSITE PILE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND PILE HEAD PROCESSING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe concrete composite pile that can fix a rebar cage containing an anchor rebar in a predetermined position without a worker coming in the inside of a steel pipe.SOLUTION: A steel pipe concrete composite pile includes a rebar cage 4 embedded in a concrete layer 3 of a pile head, and a fixed board 5 mounting on end of the rebar cage with a fixing bolt 16. The rebar cage 4 has: a pile head end plate 6 fixed to the end surface of a steel pipe 2; an annular partition plate 7 being in a position separated from the pile head end plate and having an outer circumferential surface coming into abutment with an inner circumferential surface of the steel pipe; an anchor rebar 8 penetrating through the partition plate and extending along a longitudinal direction of the concrete layer; and an auxiliary steel bar 9 with a lower end fixed to the partition plate, and having a working head 9a of an upper end penetrating the pile head end plate and the fixed board and coming into abutment with the fixing bolt. The working head is pressed down by the head lower surface 16a in fastening of the fixing bolt, and the auxiliary steel bar is fixed to the fixed board, and thereby the rebar cage is integrated with the steel pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管の内部に作業員が入ることなく、アンカー鉄筋を含めた鉄筋籠を所定の位置に固定できる鋼管コンクリート複合杭を提供する。【解決手段】杭頭部のコンクリート層3に埋め込まれる鉄筋籠4と、該鉄筋籠の端部に固定ボルト16で取付ける固定板5とを備え、前記鉄筋籠4は鋼管2の端面に固定される杭頭部端板6と、該杭頭部端板から離れた位置にあり、外周面が前記鋼管の内周面に当接する環状の仕切板7と、当該仕切板を貫通し前記コンクリート層の長手方向に沿って延びるアンカー鉄筋8と、下端部が前記仕切板に固定され、上端部の加工ヘッド部9aが前記杭頭部端板及び固定板を貫通して前記固定ボルトに当接する補助鋼棒9とを有し、前記固定ボルトの締結でその頭部下面16aで前記加工ヘッド部を押さえて補助鋼棒を固定板に固定し、鉄筋籠と前記鋼管とを一体化する。【選択図】 図1
