PILE HEAD REINFORCEMENT METHOD, STEEL PIPE PILE, AND DESIGN METHOD OF STEEL PIPE PILE
To provide a pile head reinforcement method capable of forming a tapered shape on a pile head of a cylindrical steel pipe pile on site without sinking of a steel pipe pile, a steel pipe pile for reinforcing a pile head used in the method, and a design method of the steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A pile head reinforcement method using a steel pipe pile 100 includes: a pile driving step of driving the steel pipe pile 100 into the ground; a jig attaching step of attaching a fixing jig 110 which receives a reaction force from a ground 1 and prevents the steel pipe pile 100 from sinking to a pile head 100a of the steel pipe pile 100; and a diameter expanding step of inserting a diameter expanding jig 120 at least a portion of which has an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the steel pipe pile 100 into the steel pipe pile 100 from an upper end of the steel pipe pile 100 and moving the diameter expanding jig 120 inside the steel pipe pile 100 in a pipe axis direction, to expand a diameter of a portion, at which the diameter expanding jig 120 contacts, of the steel pipe pile 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管杭が沈下することなく、現場で円筒状鋼管杭の杭頭部にテーパー形状を形成できる杭頭補強工法、当該工法で使用される杭頭補強用の鋼管杭、およびその鋼管杭の設計方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管杭100を用いた杭頭補強工法であって、鋼管杭100を地中に打ち込む杭打ち工程と、鋼管杭100の杭頭部100aに、地盤1からの反力を受けて鋼管杭100の沈下を防止する固定治具110を取り付ける治具取り付け工程と、少なくとも一部が鋼管杭100の内径よりも大きな外径を有する拡径治具120を鋼管杭100の上端から鋼管杭100内に挿入し、拡径治具120を鋼管杭100の内部で管軸方向に移動させて、鋼管杭100のうち拡径治具120が接触した部分を拡径する拡径工程と、を有する。【選択図】図1
