RUBBER MOLDING WATER CUTOFF MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber molding water cutoff material firmly brought into pressure contact with both of a pair of surfaces constituting an expansion spacing.SOLUTION: A rubber molding water cutoff material of the present invention is a rod-like rubber molding water cutoff material 1 for cutting off intrusion water arranged to interpose so as to be orthogonal to the infiltration direction of the intrusion water intruded into an expansion spacing G, in the expansion spacing G constituted of a pair of opposed surfaces Ca and Pa. The rubber molding water cutoff material comprises a base body 2 having an under surface 2a of a planar shape in a cross-sectional shape in the axis orthogonal direction, and comprises a pair of opposed elastic pieces 3 and 4 respectively integrally standing from left and right end parts 2c and 2d of the base body 2, cuts off the water by expansively opening the respective elastic pieces 3 and 4 while bringing the under surface 2a of the base body 2 into pressure contact with one surface Ca constituting the expansion spacing G and bringing free end parts 3a and 4a of the respective elastic pieces 3 and 4 into pressure contact with the other surface Pa, and is constituted such that an outer surface of the elastic piece 3 on the side in contact with the intrusion water receives water pressure of the intrusion water to complement pressure contact of the free end part 3a of the elastic piece 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
