To provide a rubber molding water cutoff material capable of cutting off water through achieving both of high water pressure resistance and long term durability by exerting effective and continuous elastic resiliency by compensating compression stress of a water expandable rubber using expansion of itself.SOLUTION: A rubber molding water cutoff material 1 according to the present invention is formed in a belt-like shape, and configured to integrate a high expansion part 1A and a low expansion part 1B respectively formed with two kinds of water expandable rubbers with different expansion coefficients, being formed by laminating the high expansion part 1A on the low expansion part 1B at at least one of a left side part 3 and a right side part 4 in a sectional shape in a direction orthogonal to an axis, while by having a configuration forming the other part with the low expansion part 1B the high expansion part 1A and the low expansion part 1B cooperatively compensate those compression stresses and the low expansion part 1B may suppress excessive expansion of the high expansion part 1A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 本発明は、水膨張ゴムの圧縮応力を自身の膨張により補完することにより効果的且つ継続的に弾性反発力を発揮し、高水圧耐性と長期耐久性を両立しつつ止水を図るゴム製成形止水材を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明に係るゴム製成形止水材1は、帯状を呈し、膨張率の異なる二種類の水膨張ゴムでそれぞれ形成した高膨張部分1Aと低膨張部分1Bを一体化して成り、軸直交方向の断面形状における左側部3と右側部4の少なくとも一方を上記低膨張部分1Bの上に上記高膨張部分1Aを積層して形成する一方、その余の部分を上記低膨張部分1Bで形成した構成を有することにより、上記高膨張部分1Aと上記低膨張部分1Bが共働して圧縮応力を補完することができると共に、上記高膨張部分1Aの過膨張を上記低膨張部分1Bが抑制することができる【選択図】 図1
