PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee construction easiness and cutoff performance.SOLUTION: A joint part structure 2 is formed between a pair of exterior wall panels 1A, and comprises projection dry type joint materials 3 provided on respective vertical planes 11b of the pair of exterior wall panels 1A, and a recessed dry type joint material 4 provided to be sandwiched between the projection dry type joint materials 3 of the pair of exterior wall panels 1A. The projection dry type joint materials 3 are projection members, and the recessed dry type joint material 4 is a recessed member which is mutually locked to the projection members and corresponds to the projection members, the projection dry type joint materials 3 and recessed dry type joint material 4 being elastic bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
