PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional material retaining member and a functional material retaining structure that are mounted on a steel material (roof main building) used as a skeleton of a roof and easily so as to securely retain a functional material such as a ceiling plate, a decorative plate, etc., between adjacent die steel pieces, and enable the functional material to be easily fitted.SOLUTION: A functional material retaining member 1 according to the present invention is constituted having a fitting part 11 which is fitted to a plurality of die steel pieces 4 comprising upper flanges 41 to retain the functional material 5 between adjacent die steel pieces 4, 4, and is fitted to an upper flange 41 of a die steel piece 4, and a press part 12 located below the fitting part 11, and the press part 12 can be pressed and bent upward against elasticity, and presses the functional material 5 arranged between the adjacent die steel pieces 4, 4 in the fitting state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根の骨組として用いられる鋼材（屋根母屋）に装着されて天井板や化粧板等の機能性材を容易に且つ確実に隣り合う型鋼間に保持し、機能性材の取付けも簡単に行なうことができる機能性材保持部材、及び機能性材保持構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の機能性材保持部材１は、上フランジ４１を備える複数の型鋼４に対して取り付けて機能性材５を隣り合う型鋼４，４間に保持することができ、型鋼４の上フランジ４１に取り付けられる取付部１１と、該取付部１１の下方に位置する押さえ部１２と、を有してなり、前記押さえ部１２は、弾性に抗して上方へ押し曲げ可能であって、取付状態において隣り合う型鋼４，４間に配置される機能性材５を押さえることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
