FIXING METHOD OF INORGANIC PLATE AND JIG THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method of an inorganic plate capable of fixing the same to a building frame while preventing falling-off of the same, and a jig therefor.SOLUTION: After inserting a blind rivet into a non-through hole in an inorganic plate, a wire is attached thereto and the inorganic plate is fixed to the building frame. By arranging so that the upper end of a cut mandrel is positioned out of the non-through hole, the fixing strength of the blind rivet can be increased. The inorganic plate is fixed to the building frame using an adhesive agent, and further fix means using a mandrel head is employed. With this, for example, even when the fixing strength using the adhesive agent or the like gets insufficient due to deterioration over time etc., since there is fixing means using the blind rivet, the inorganic plate can be prevented from falling off and/or loss due to the falling off. That is, there is provided a dual fixing method of the inorganic plate to the building frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 無機質板を躯体に固定し、その脱落を防止できるその固定方法およびそのための治具の提供。【解決手段】 ブラインドリベットを無機質板の非貫通孔に挿入して、これに線材を係合して躯体に無機質板を固定する。ここで切断されたマンドレルの上端が非貫通孔の外にあるようにすることで、ブラインドリベットの固定強度を上げることができる。無機質板は接着剤により躯体に固定されるが、さらにこのマンドレルヘッドを用いた固定手段を施すことにより、例えば、経時的な劣化などで接着剤などによる固定が十分でなくなった場合でも、ブラインドリベットを用いた固定手段が存在するため、脱落や、脱落に伴う被害を防ぐことができる。つまり、無機質板の躯体への二重化された固定方法が提供される。【選択図】 図１
