FIXING METHOD FOR INORGANIC PLATE AND JIG THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method and a jig for it which can fix a large inorganic plate onto a substrate and prevent it from dropping off.SOLUTION: A large inorganic plate is prepared, which comprises a non-through hole or a groove whose depth is equivalent to or less than the shortest width thereof on one surface. A fixing member is further prepared, which comprises a connecting part connected to a substrate and a locking part locked on the non-through hole or the groove, in which the locking part may be deformed in a direction along a surface of the inorganic plate and may be inserted into the non-through hole or the groove, and which comprises a contacting surface coming into contact with an inner wall of the non-through hole or the groove. Power is applied to the locking part of the fixing member so that its shape is deformed and the locking part is inserted into the non-through hole or the groove, and the locking part is locked by bringing the locking part into contact with and press onto the inner wall of the non-through hole or the groove. The connecting part is connected to the substrate so that the surface comprising the non-through hole or the groove and the substrate are bonded together. Even in a case where fixation by adhesive agent and the like becomes insufficient due to temporal deterioration and the like, dropping off or damage due to dropping off may be prevented since there is fix means using the fixing member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 大型無機質板を躯体に固定し、その脱落を防止できるその固定方法およびそのための治具の提供。【解決手段】 その深さが、最も短いその幅と同じかそれよりも小である非貫通孔または溝を、一方の面に有する大型無機質板を用意し、さらに躯体と接続する接続部と、非貫通孔または溝に係止される係止部とを備えてなる固定部材であって、係止部が、無機質板の面に沿った方向に変形可能であり、非貫通孔または溝に挿入可能であり、かつ、非貫通孔または溝の内壁に当接する当接面を備えてなるものを用意する。固定部材の係止部に力を加えてその形を歪めて非貫通孔または溝に係止部を挿入し、係止部を非貫通孔または溝の内壁に面して当接し押圧させることにより係止する。接続部を躯体に接続し、非貫通孔または溝を有する面と躯体とを接着する。経時的な劣化などで接着剤などによる固定が十分でなくなった場合でも、固定部材を用いた固定手段が存在するため、脱落や、脱落に伴う被害を防ぐことができる。【選択図】 図1
