PRODUCTION METHOD OF RESIDUAL FRAME MOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a residual frame mold to which compression vibration can be surely applied, which can be compacted, and which can be preferably molded.SOLUTION: The production method is configured to: deposit a ready mixed concrete of a zero slump into a production frame mold (1) in which a movable frame (1b) is overlapped to a design surface plate (1a) and cut by rubbing the ready mixed concrete; then, soon, push an embedding member (3) formed by fastening a steel material (3b) to a net-like body (3a) into the deposited ready mixed concrete (2); embed the net-like body (3a) side while leaving a part of the steel material (3b); then, apply compression vibration to the deposited ready mixed concrete (2) through a reception pallet (4) having a clearance groove (4a), then instantly demold the movable frame (1b); then, reverse the ready mixed concrete molding (2a) to which the reception pallet (4) is attached, by 180 degree with the design surface plate (1a); then instantly demold the design surface plate (1a); then move the molded ready mixed concrete molding (2a) and cure and harden the molding on the reception pallet (4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は確実に加圧振動を加えられて締め固めでき、良好な成形ができる残存型枠の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 意匠面板(1a)に可動枠(1b)を重ねた前記製造型枠(1)内に、ゼロスランプの生コンクリートを打設し摺り切り後直ちに、この打設生コンクリート(2)内に、網状体(3a)に鋼材(3b)を固着して成る埋設部材(3)を押し込んで、前記鋼材(3b)の一部を残して前記網状体(3a)側を埋設し、次いで、この前記打設生コンクリート(2)に逃げ溝(4a)有する受けパレット(4)を介して加圧振動を加えた後、前記可動枠(1b)を即時脱型し、次いで、前記受けパレット(4)を装着した状態の生コンクリート成形品(2a)を前記意匠面板(1a)と共に180度反転させて、前記意匠面板(1a)を即時脱型し、この成形した前記生コンクリート成形品(2a)を移動し前記受けパレット(4)上で養生硬化させる。【選択図】図1
