METHOD AND TOOL FOR EXTRACTING CEMENT IN PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for opening a vertical hole for erecting a column, at the upper part of a concrete pile to be buried in the ground that improves workability of foundation work of a building and increases earthquake resistance of building foundation by preventing intrusion of uncured cement.SOLUTION: Annular tubes 8a and 8b for surrounding at least an upper outer peripheral surface and a lower outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical tool body 1 composed of a paper cylinder 2 made of cardboard are disposed and the tool body 1 is inserted into a hollow concrete pile 20. After that, by forcibly sending a fluid such as air to the tubes 8a and 8b, the tubes are expanded so that the tubes 8a and 8b are brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the concrete pile 20, and in this state the concrete pile 20 is buried in the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】地中に埋設されるコンクリートパイルの上部に支柱樹立用の縦孔を開設する工法であって、未硬化セメントの侵入を防ぐことで、建物基礎工事の作業性を向上させるとともに、建物基礎の耐震性が向上されるようにする。【解決手段】厚紙製の紙筒2からなる円筒形の用具本体1の少なくとも上部外周面と下部外周面を囲繞する環状のチューブ8a,8bを配設し、該用具本体1を中空状のコンクリートパイル20中に装入した後、チューブ8a,8bに空気等の流体を圧送して該チューブを膨張させることで該チューブ8a,8bをコンクリートパイル20の内周面に密着させ、その状態で該コンクリートパイル20を地中に埋設する。【選択図】図6
