CUTOFF AGENT COMPOSITION AND WATER LEAKAGE CUTOFF METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic cutoff agent composition drastically improving defects of existing polyethylene glycol acrylate-based cutoff agent and excellent in durability, long term compression stability, dynamic water solidification property, water impregnation re-expansiveness after drying, dimensional and weight stability during standing in air and impact resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a cutoff agent composition containing (A) PEG mono(meth)acrylate of 10 to 40 pts.mass, (B) PEG di(meth)acrylate of 20 to 50 pts.mass and (C) terminal (meth)acryloyl group-containing polyvalent metal salt (in terms of a solid component) of 15 to 50 pts.mass, wherein total of each pts.mass is 100 pts.mass and the (B) component is same amount as or larger amount than the (A) component. There is provided a cutoff composition preferably containing (D) glycols of 100 to 300 pts.mass based on total 100 pts.mass of the (A), (B) and (C) components.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】既存のポリエチレングリコ−ルアクリレ−ト系止水剤の欠点を抜本的に改良し、耐久性、長期圧縮復元性、動水固結性、乾燥後の水浸漬再膨張性、気中放置中の寸法及び重量安定性及び耐衝撃性に優れた弾性止水剤組成物の提供。【解決手段】(A)PEGモノ(メタ)アクリレ−ト10〜40質量部、(B)PEGジ(メタ)アクリレ−ト20〜50質量部及び(C)末端(メタ)アクリロイル基含有多価金属塩(固形分換算)15〜50質量部を含み、各質量部の合計が100質量部であって、(B)成分を(A)成分と同じか、それよりも多量に含む止水剤組成物。好ましくは、(A)、(B)及び(C)成分の合計100質量部に対して(D)グリコ−ル類100〜300質量部を含有する止水剤組成物。【選択図】なし
