FLASHING FOR COMPOSITE SLAB, JOINING STRUCTURE OF COMPOSITE SLAB AND BEAM MATERIAL AND COMPOSITE SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply baking drain-plug welding to joining of a flashing and a beam material, when constructing a composite slab.SOLUTION: A flashing for a composite slab for filling up a clearance between an end part and a beam material in the width direction of a laid deck plate when constructing the composite slab by using the deck plate for a composite floor slab, comprises a joining part 5 joined to a connection part of the end part in the width direction of the laid deck plate and a plate part 6 for filling up an interval between the beam material and itself, and the plate part 6 is provided with a composite mechanism, for example, a projection part 7A integrally joinable with concrete and capable of transmitting horizontal force of acting on a floor to the beam material via the flashing itself. Since the projection part 7A meshes with the concrete, the flashing 1A is integrated with the concrete, and even if the flashing 1A is welded to the bean material by baking drain-plug welding (a two-dot chain line o mark 13' indicates a baking drain-plug welding position), the horizontal force of acting on the floor can be transmitted to the beam material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】合成スラブを施工する際に、フラッシングと梁材との接合に焼抜き栓溶接を適用可能にする。【解決手段】合成床版用のデッキプレートを用いて合成スラブを施工する際に、敷設したデッキプレートの幅方向の端部と梁材との間に隙間を埋めるための合成スラブ用のフラッシングであって、敷設したデッキプレートの幅方向の端部の連結部と結合する結合部5と、梁材との間の間隔を埋める平板部6とを備え、前記平板部6に、コンクリートと一体結合可能で、床に作用する水平力をフラッシング自体を介して梁材に伝達可能な合成機構、例えば突起部7Aを設ける。突起部7Aがコンクリートと噛み合うので、フラッシング1Aがコンクリートと一体化し、フラッシング1Aを梁材に焼抜き栓溶接(2点鎖線○印13’は焼抜き栓溶接する位置を示す)しても、床に作用する水平力を梁材に伝達できる。【選択図】図1
