EXTERNAL HEAT INSULATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external heat insulation wall method of not deforming a rock wool heat insulation material even by pressing force by trowel coating.SOLUTION: An external heat insulation method using a corrugated rock wool heat insulation material is provided so that a building skeleton outer wall is coated with backing mortar of mixing water-soluble cellulose with a surface of a corrugated rock wool heat insulation material by adhering-fixing to an outer wall surface by coating an adhesive on one surface of the heat insulation material composed of corrugated rock wool being 18KPa (JIS K 7220) or more in compressive strength, and while this backing mortar is a wet state, a glass mesh material is pushed in the backing mortar inside, and a glass mesh is buried in a mortar layer by coating finish coating mortar, and coating type outer wall decoration is finished on the mortar layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ロックウール断熱材がコテ塗による押圧力によっても変形することがない外断熱壁工法を提供する。【解決手段】建築物躯体外壁に圧縮強度が18KPa(JIS K 7220)以上であるコルゲートロックウールからなる断熱材の片面に接着剤を塗布して外壁面に接着固定し、コルゲートロックウール断熱材の表面に水溶性セルロースを混合した下地モルタルを塗布し、この下地モルタルが湿潤状態の間にガラスメッシュ材を下地モルタル内部に押し込むと共に上塗りモルタルを塗布してガラスメッシュをモルタル層内に埋設し、モルタル層の上に塗布型の外壁化粧仕上げをおこなうコルゲートロックウール断熱材を使用した外断熱工法。【選択図】図1
