PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external heat insulation panel unit and an external heat insulation method that curtail installation period, reduce costs, and enable application of an insurance contract pursuant to Act on Assurance of Performance of Specified Housing Defect Warranty by enhancing heat-insulation and air-tightness performances without installing a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet.SOLUTION: An external heat insulation panel unit 1 is used for external heat insulation, and includes: a composite heat insulation panel 2 having a plate-form heat insulation material 22 bonded on a wooden, inorganic, resin or other plate material 21 and a long groove part 23 formed on a surface of the plate-form heat insulation material 22 at an interval corresponding to an interval between columns 41 and/or studs 42 of a building 4; and a composite heat insulation furring strip 3 having a rod-form heat insulation material 32 bonded on a furring strip 31 connected to the column 41 and/or the stud 42 of the building 4, the rod-form heat insulation material being formed to a size that may be fitted into the groove part 23 of the composite heat insulation panel 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 工期短縮およびコスト削減を図ることができるとともに、断熱性能および気密性能を高めて透湿防水シートを張らなくても瑕疵担保履行法に基づく保険契約の適用が可能な外張断熱用パネルユニットおよび外張断熱工法を提供する。【解決手段】 外張断熱に用いられる外張断熱用パネルユニット１であって、木質板、無機質材、樹脂板等の板材２１に板状の断熱材２２が貼り合わされているとともに、前記板状断熱材２２の表面に長尺状の溝部２３が建物４の柱４１および／または間柱４２の配置間隔に対応する間隔で形成されている断熱複合パネル２と、前記建物４の柱４１および／または間柱４２に連結される胴縁３１に前記断熱複合パネル２の前記溝部２３に嵌入可能な大きさに形成された棒状の断熱材３２が貼り合わされてなる断熱複合胴縁３とを有する。【選択図】 図２
