ATTACHMENT METHOD OF SOLAR CELL MODULE, GRIPPING METAL FITTING (A), AND GRIPPING METAL FITTING (B)
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two kinds of gripping metal fittings for attachment, capable of improving workability in the attachment of a solar cell module, an attachment cost, and a material cost, and obtaining a strong structure which is hardly deformed.SOLUTION: A gripping using a bolt 16, a gripping metal fitting (A)11, and a gripping metal fitting (B)12 is fitted and coupled into a hole positioned to an upper plate part 6a of an attachment type member 6 in a downward attitude toward a lower direction of a tip part of the bolt 16. A bottom part standing plate part of the gripping metal fitting (A)11 is formed in an arc surface. A discharge notch part is provided to a lower edge part of the bottom part standing plate part. A sandwiched part of the gripping metal fitting (A) is hardly wrapped in large.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】太陽電池モジュールの取り付けにおける作業性と取付コスト及び材料コストを改善することができ、強くて安定した挾着力が得られ、変形しにくい丈夫な構造を獲られる取り付け用の2種類の挾着用金具を提供する。【解決手段】ボルト16と挾着用金具(A)11及び挾着用金具(B)12とを用いた挾着を、ボルト16の先端部を下方に向けた下向き姿勢で、取付用型材6の上板部6aに位置するねじ孔内に螺入締結し、挾着用金具(A)11の下部立板部を円弧面にし、下部立板部の下縁部に排水用切欠部を設け、挾着用金具(A)は挟み付ける部分が大きく反り難い形状にした。【選択図】図8
