PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater non-separable mortar composition reduced in setting time and having satisfactory initial strength development.SOLUTION: Provided is an underwater non-separable mortar composition comprising: cement; a fine aggregate; a polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agent; and a thickener, and, the polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agent includes one or more kinds of components from an alkali metal and an alkaline earth metal as a chemical component(s).SELECTED DRAWING: None
