PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand washing device capable of improving the workability in installation work.SOLUTION: The hand washing device includes: a water discharge member 34; a cover 36 of a water discharge member 34, which is combined with a water discharge member 34 constituting an assembly 30; and a hand washing part 26 mounted with the assembly 30, which receives water discharged from a water discharge member 34 and discharges the water to a toilet bowl flush tank. The water discharge member 34 has a water discharge part 48 which has a water discharge port 50 opening downward. The cover 36 has an opening 36a that communicates the inner side of the cover 36 and a lower part of the cover 36 which is the outside thereof. 【課題】取り付け作業の作業性を向上できる手洗装置を提供する。【解決手段】手洗装置は、吐水部材３４と、吐水部材３４と組み合わされて組立体３０を構成する吐水部材３４のカバー３６と、組立体３０が取り付けられ、吐水部材３４から吐水される水を受けて便器洗浄タンクに排水する手洗器２６と、を備える。吐水部材３４は、下向きの吐水口５０を有する吐水部４８を有する。カバー３６は、カバー３６の内側と、カバー３６の外側であってカバー３６の下方とを連通する開口部３６ａを有する。吐水部４８は、下側に突出し、開口部３６ａに進入している。【選択図】図４
