To provide a hand-washing device that can improve the efficiency of installation work.SOLUTION: A hand washing device comprises a water discharge member 34, a cover 36 of the water discharge member 34 that is assembled with the water discharge member 34 to form an assembly 30, and a hand washer 26 to which the assembly 30 is attached and which receives water discharged from the water discharge member 34 and drains it into the toilet bowl washing tank. The water discharge member 34 has a water discharge portion 48 having a downward-facing water discharge opening 50. The cover 36 has an opening 36a that connects the inside of the cover 38 to the outside of the cover 36 and below the cover 36.
