PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder member hard to pollute an object set thereon, which is excellent in gripping force and heat resistance and superior in low dust emission property.SOLUTION: A holder member 100 comprises a base material 20, and a setting plane 10a formed by aggregates 10 of carbon nanotube 11. The carbon nanotube is 3 nm or less in the standard deviation of its diameter. The carbon nanotube aggregate may include a multilayer structure of the carbon nanotube, and the standard deviation of the number of layers of the carbon nanotube is preferably 3 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
