FLOW FORCE POWER GENERATOR FOR GROUND IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow force power generator for a ground improvement construction machine that can generate electric power by rotating bladed with flow force such as wind force of compressed air used for ground improvement and also charge the electric power for power supply to a sensor and control equipment in the ground.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a flow force power generator 1 for a ground improvement construction machine that generates electric power by using flow force A of a fluid used by the ground improvement construction machine. The flow force power generator comprises, in fluid supply piping 21 for supplying a fluid A of an attachment part, rotating to improve the ground, of the ground improvement construction machine, blades 2 rotating with the flow force of the fluid A and a power generator body 4 generating electric power through rotation of the blades 2, and electricity is supplied from a charger 5 charging electricity generated by the power generator body 4 to a sensor 6 and control equipment 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】地盤改良で使用する圧縮空気の風力等の流力を利用して羽根を回転させることで発電させ、また、充電させて地中内のセンサや制御機器の電源にすることができる地盤改良施工機用の流力発電機を提供する。【解決手段】地盤改良施工機で用いられる流体の流力Aを利用して発電する地盤改良施工機用の流力発電機1であって、地盤改良施工機の回転して地盤改良するアタッチメント部の流体Aを供給する流体供給用配管21内に、流体Aの流力により回転する羽根2と、この羽根2の回転により発電する発電機本体4とを備え、この発電機本体4で発電された電気を充電する充電器5より電気をセンサ6及び制御機器7に供給するようにした。【選択図】図5
