PEELING METHOD AND PEELING APPARATUS FOR ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional peeling machine that when whole thickness of a bridge surface pavement is peeled, there is a risk that the peeling is carried out at a depth deeper than a pavement thickness and unevenness in width direction is provided, since, in a case where aged paved road is peeled, upper floor surface under pavement to be peeled is not flat, the thickness in bridge surface pavement to be peeled is likely not only constant but also having unevenness in width direction.SOLUTION: There is provided a peeling method in which a signal wave is irradiated while moving on asphalt concrete paved road which should be peeled, reflected wave of the signal wave is received, thickness of pavement is estimated from the irradiated signal wave and the received reflected wave, and peeling depth of a peeling tool 8 is controlled based on the estimated thickness. Multiple peeling tools are used in an independently controlled manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】古くなった舗装路を切削する場合、切削する舗装の下の床版上面が平坦ではなく、切削する橋面舗装の厚さが一定ではないだけでなく、幅方向にも違いがあることが多い。従来の切削機では、実際の舗装厚みが不明なため、橋面舗装の全厚を切削しようとすると、舗装厚さよりも深く切削し、床版上面を切削し床版を損傷させる恐れがある。【解決手段】切削すべきアスファルトコンクリート舗装路上を移動しつつ、舗装に信号波を照射し、その信号波の反射波を受信し、照射した信号波と受信した反射波から舗装の厚みを求め、求めた厚みに従って、切削具8の切削深さを制御する切削方法であって、切削具は独立して制御可能な複数用いる方法。【選択図】図1
