PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calculation load in changing the parameters of a water level prediction model, and make stable water level prediction possible.SOLUTION: Provided is an information processing device for calculating, for each of a divided areas of a river, the amount of rainfall water reaching a target place from a divided area in a prescribed period; predicting a water level after the lapse of a prescribed period as a predicted water level using the total amount of rainfall water for each of the divided areas and a multistage tank model; changing the storage height of each tank that is a parameter included in a tank model on the basis of relationship of the predicted water level with an actual water level after the lapse of a prescribed period; and changing the storage height of each tank so that the predicted water level that was predicted for the case where the storage height of each tank after the change is used falls within a prescribed range that includes the real water level after the lapse of a prescribed period, and using a candidate preferentially in correspondence to a decrease in the sum total of values obtained by multiplying the change amount in absolute value of storage height of each tank by the river runoff coefficient of each tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】水位予測モデルのパラメータの変更における計算負荷を低減し、かつ、水位の予測を安定的に行うことを可能とする。【解決手段】河川の複数の分割領域毎に、分割領域から対象地点へ所定期間において到達する降雨水の量を算出し、分割領域の各々についての降雨水の合計値及び多段タンクモデルを用いて所定期間経過時の水位を予測水位として予測し、タンクモデルに含まれるパラメータである各タンクの貯留高を、予測水位と所定期間経過時の実水位の関係に基づいて変更し、変更後の各タンクの貯留高を用いていた場合に予測されていた予測水位が所定期間経過時の実水位を含む所定の範囲内の値となるように、かつ、各タンクの貯留高の変更量の候補のうち、各タンクの河川流出係数を各タンクの貯留高の変更量の絶対値に乗じて得られる値の合計値が小さくなる候補ほど優先して用いて、各タンクの貯留高を変更する、情報処理装置。【選択図】図2
