WATERPROOF DEVICE AND WATERPROOF METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof device and a waterproof method for quickly and safely enabling flood prevention activity in space-saving in a small number of people by reducing weight in material-equipment by being formed as the waterproof device of using an impervious membrane, and to provide the waterproof device capable of changing waterproof capacity when necessary by diversifying a waterproof mechanism.SOLUTION: A waterproof device is composed of a column material respectively fixed-erected on the river 3-side of a plurality of columns 5 for holding a guide rail 4, an impervious sheet 7 fixed to the river side of the plurality of these column materials, an installation pin 9 for fixing a lower end part 8 of the impervious sheet on the road side by the impervious sheet 7, a sheet fixture 11 for fixing a side end part of the impervious sheet to the plurality of column materials, an expansion bar fixed to the upper end vicinity of the plurality of column materials and a carabiner for suspending-installing an upper end part of the impervious sheet under the expansion bar. A recessed part extending along the longitudinal direction is provided on both side surfaces of the column materials, and when a waterproof plate is made installable between the adjacent recessed parts of the plurality of column materials, a waterproof mechanism can be diversified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】遮水膜を用いた防水装置とすることで資機材の軽量化を図り、少人数で迅速かつ安全に省スペースでの水防活動を可能とする防水装置、防水方法を提供すること及び防水機構を多様化し必要に応じて防水能力を変化させることのできる防水装置を提供する。【解決手段】ガードレール4を保持する複数本の支柱5の河川3側にそれぞれ固定され立設される支柱材と、それら複数本の支柱材の河川側に固定される遮水シート7と、遮水シートの下端部8を遮水シート7より道路側で固定する設置ピン9と、複数本の支柱材に遮水シートの側端部を固定するシート固定具11と、複数本の支柱材の上端付近に固定される展張バーと、展張バーの下に遮水シートの上端部を吊着するためのカラビナ等からなる防水装置。支柱材の両側面に長手方向に沿って延びる凹部を設け、複数本の支柱材の隣り合う凹部の間に防水板を設置できるようにすると防水機構を多様化できる。【選択図】図2
