HYDRATION ACCELERATION METHOD OF STEEL SLAG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide slag appropriate for applications such as a road-base material by effective and secure hydration acceleration of steel slag.SOLUTION: A hydration acceleration method of steel slag includes: a crush step 2 of crushing steel slag; a water imparting step 4 of scattering water to the steel slag crushed in the crush step 2 to uniformly impart water to the steel slag; and a steam aging step 3 of steam-aging the steel slag with water imparted at the water imparting step 4. In the water imparting step 4, the steel slag is preferably kneaded after imparting water to the steel slag in an integrated condition or water may preferably be imparted to the steel slag in a non-integrated condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製鋼スラグを効率的に且つ確実に水和促進させて、路盤材などの用途に適したスラグの提供。【解決手段】製鋼スラグを破砕する破砕工程2と、破砕工程2で破砕した製鋼スラグに水を散布して、当該製鋼スラグに均一に水を付与する水付与工程4と、水付与工程4で水が付与された製鋼スラグを蒸気エージングする蒸気エージング工程3と、を有する製鋼スラグの水和促進方法。なお、水付与工程4は、集積状態とされた製鋼スラグに対して、水を付与した後で製鋼スラグを混練するか、または非集積状態とされた製鋼スラグに対して、水を付与するとよい製鋼スラグの水和促進方法。【選択図】図1
