PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column-beam structure of a plate-like building for enhancing an added value of the plate-like building by widely securing an indoor space of an exclusive possession part, and remarkably increasing the quantity of exclusive possession parts suppliable by the plate-like building of one building.SOLUTION: A column-beam structure 1 of a plate-like building, where a plurality of exclusive possession parts P are juxtaposed in a ridge direction X in respective floors of a hierarchical structure, comprises span steel frame beams 2 extending in a span direction Z, ridge steel frame beams 3 extending in the ridge direction, and reinforced concrete columns 4 extending in a height direction Y and having the span steel frame beams 2 and the ridge steel frame beams 3 joined. The ridge steel frame beams 3 are adjacently provided on the outside α of the exclusive possession part P of the plate-like building 8 without being provided in the exclusive possession part P of the plate-like building 8, on one side in the span direction Z unprovided with a balcony of the plate-like building 8, and are arranged along ridge outer peripheral parts 81 of extending in the ridge direction X of the plate-like building 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】専有部分の室内空間を広く確保して板状建築物の付加価値を高めるとともに、１棟の板状建築物で供給することのできる専有部分の数量を著しく増大させた板状建築物の柱梁構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した板状建築物の柱梁構造１は、階層構造の各階で複数の専有部分Ｐが桁行方向Ｘに並べられるものであり、梁間方向Ｚに延びる梁間鉄骨梁２と、桁行方向に延びる桁行鉄骨梁３と、高さ方向Ｙに延びるとともに梁間鉄骨梁２及び桁行鉄骨梁３が接合される鉄筋コンクリート柱４とを備える。桁行鉄骨梁３は、板状建築物８のバルコニーが設けられない梁間方向Ｚの片側で、板状建築物８の専有部分Ｐに設けられることなく、板状建築物８の専有部分Ｐの外側αに隣接して設けられて、板状建築物８の桁行方向Ｘに延びる桁行外周部８１に沿って配置される。【選択図】図５
