CONNECTION METHOD OF MULTIPLE SPINDLE EXCAVATION ROD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further simply position mutual vertically opposed excavation shafts by rotation of a driving mechanism, without connecting at a high position as a result of it, without executing hanging-in work by a crane, in a connection method of a multiple spindle excavation rod of a construction machine for excavating by extending a multiple spindle rod group of a second node or more of nodes as an extension multiple spindle rod group to the multiple spindle rod group of an agitation screw being the multiple spindle rod group of a first node.SOLUTION: A deposit hole 18 is drilled by a construction machine, and an extension multiple spindle rod group is deposited in this deposit hole 18, and is established by a multiple spindle rod group 13a of an agitation screw by the construction machine in a separate place from the deposit hole 18, and the construction machine and the multiple spindle rod group 13a of the agitation screw are separated, and the extension multiple spindle rod group of pulling out of the deposit hole is connected as it is to the multiple spindle rod group of the separated agitation screw by the construction machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】第一節の多軸ロッド群である撹拌スクリューの多軸ロッド群に第二節もしくはそれ以上の節の多軸ロッド群を継ぎ足し用多軸ロッド群として継ぎ足して掘削する施工機の多軸掘削ロッドの接続方法において、クレーンでの吊り込み作業を行なわずにすみ、その結果高い位置での接続を行なわないですみ、上下に対向する掘削軸同士の位置合わせも駆動機構の回転により簡単に行なうことができる。【解決手段】施工機によりあずけ穴18を削孔してこのあずけ穴18に継ぎ足し用多軸ロッド群をあずけ、あずけ穴18とは別の場所で施工機により撹拌スクリューの多軸ロッド群13aで造成し、施工機と撹拌スクリューの多軸ロッド群13aを切り離し、施工機によりあずけ穴から引き揚げた継ぎ足し用多軸ロッド群をそのまま前記切り離した撹拌スクリューの多軸ロッド群に接続する。【選択図】 図10
