PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding cement plate and a method for manufacturing the extrusion molding cement plate which can improve designability by eliminating roundness of boundary portions to corner sections between top face sections of ribs provided in a surface section and side wall sections and further completely distinguishably painting the top face sections of the ribs and groove sections between the top face sections.SOLUTION: An extrusion molding cement plate 1 has a plurality of ribs 4 formed to extend substantially linearly along a hollow section 2 in a surface section. Boundary portions 7 between top face sections 5 extending along a longitudinal direction of the ribs 4 and side wall sections 6 extending along the longitudinal direction on both sides of the top face sections 5 are angularly shaped. The top face sections 5 and the side wall sections 6 are partitioned at the boundary portions 7. Groove sections 9 between the top face sections 5 and the adjacent top face sections 5 are classified by colors different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】表面部分に設けられたリブの天面部と側壁部のコーナー部である境界部分の丸みをなくし、さらに、リブの天面部と、この天面部間の溝部とを完全に塗り分けられるようにして、意匠性を向上させることができる押出成形セメント板及び押出成形セメント板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】表面部分に中空部２に沿って略直線状に延びる複数のリブ４が形成された押出成形セメント板１である。リブ４の長手方向に沿って延びる天面部５と、この天面部５の両側で長手方向に沿って延びる側壁部６との境界部分７を角張らせ、天面部５と側壁部６とを境界部分７で区画分けして、天面部５と隣り合う天面部５間の溝部９を互いに異なる色彩で色分けした。【選択図】図２
